B.I.M. — Body in Motion — was born out of a simple observation in the gym. I would see people do a set of leg extensions, then sit on their phones until it was time for the next round. When I asked what their goal was, they would tell me they wanted to tone up or lose weight. My response was always the same: “If that’s your goal, why not keep your body in motion? Do a set of leg extensions, then follow it with bodyweight squats. That way you’re burning more calories, staying focused, and getting closer to your goal.” That’s when it clicked — real progress comes from consistent, intentional movement. B.I.M. is about eliminating wasted time and training with purpose. It’s about circuit-style fitness that keeps your body active and your mind engaged — because lasting change comes when you train both.
